Gym Membership

We possess an excellent gym facility with 2 walkers, 2 bikes, cross trainer, rower, weights and more. This facility is open 7 days from 5.45am to 10.30pm by swipe access using your existing RSA membership card. (Note! - fees are as below and cards will only work once gym fees are paid). We have a maintenance programme scheduled and we believe that our gym offers members an excellent low cost facility in a warm, safe & comfortable environment where they can work out in privacy or with their friends. The gym contains bathroom & shower facilities.

New TV for the Gym

Our gym is looking better than ever with the new 42" plasma. Now all the fit & healthy people can work out in comfort while watching TV & enjoying a cocktail, full massage and a spa. (OK - so maybe I lied about the last couple)
