Rules and Standards of the Club
We are a very friendly club and wish to keep it that way, so please abide by the few commonsense rules that we have.

Be polite at all times to all staff and other members and their guests.

Smoking is permitted on the back deck only.

Bad language will not be tolerated and will be acted on if we receive any complaints.

6.00p.m. ODE – a bell will ring beforehand. ALL present must stand – THIS IS A SIUGN OF RESPECT TO THOSE THAT HAVE SERVED & FALLEN

Members you may sign in up to 2 couples as your guests – they are YOUR responsibility at ALL times.

Dress rules apply from 7.30p.m Shirt with collar or designer type tee shirt, boat shoes & dress sandals with no socks. No jandals, bare feet, dirty clothes, football socks or singlets.

Please remember to return all dirty glasses to the bar, and dirty plate’s etc to kitchen area

Chewing gum is banned in the clubrooms.

Children – are welcome in the clubrooms but must be under the parent’s control at ALL times, any misbehaving children may risk the duty manager asking them and their parents to leave – do not be offended should this happen as Management will back the staff involved. Kids are welcome in the club for meals, but remember they cannot be at the bar, pokie area or rear smoking deck. Kids may use the Playstation and computers in Library however they must have parental supervision - we don’t have the resources to be a baby-sitting service.

Subscriptions are due 1st January each year and these can be paid at the bar from December onwards. If not paid by the end of February - our membership computer automatically suspends membership.
General conditions

An applicant for Associate Membership must be proposed & seconded by current financial members of the Titirangi RSA

Members are expected to participate fully in the activities of the club and to support the ideals and aims of the organisation.

An annual review of the contribution of each Associate Member will determine whether this membership will be extended for a further twelve months.

The rules and standards of the club MUST BE complied with at ALL times. (see above)

Applicants are required to be either NZ citizens or a citizen of the Commonwealth

Applicants must be a member for 6 months prior to being eligible to join the gym.
I have never been expelled from any other RSA, Cosmopolitan Club or similar Club.
I declare that to the best of my knowledge the information provided in any RSA application is accurate and I understand that if any false or misleading information is given, or any material is suppressed I may be refused membership, or if I have been accepted my membership may be terminated.
Intake of Associate Members will take place from time to time at the discretion of the Secretary/Manager and names and photographs will go onto the Club Notice Board for a period of time for any potential objections.
