Planning a function can feel overwhelming, but we’re here to make it easy and enjoyable! Whether it’s a small get-together or a more elaborate celebration, we can cater to your needs and make your event memorable.

  • Titirangi RSA – Functions Terms & Conditions

    We want your special day to be memorable and stress-free, and our goal is to make partnering with us as simple and friendly as possible. Please take a moment to read through our terms and conditions.

    • A hire fee may apply if a Special License is required. This fee is non-refundable.

    • We can comfortably accommodate up to 180 seated guests, and our non-smoking rooftop deck offers stunning Harbour views for everyone to enjoy.

    • A $250 bond may be requested to cover any potential damage. This will be refunded promptly after your event, provided no damage occurs. Any repair costs due to damage may be deducted from the bond, with additional charges billed if needed.

    • As an RSA, we honour those who have served with the Ode of Remembrance every evening at 6:00 PM. All present are asked to stand in silence for this brief, one-minute tribute — thank you for respecting this tradition.

    • The legal drinking age is 18. Staff may ask guests for ID, and we appreciate your understanding.

    • Outside alcohol or catering is not permitted due to licensing laws.

    • Depending on your event, we may ask that you arrange your own security for added peace of mind.

    • Confetti is not permitted anywhere on the premises.

    • Guests are welcome to use the gaming machines, but all users must be 18 or over, and staff may request ID as required by law.

    • Children under 14 must be supervised outside the bar or gaming areas.

    • We ask all guests to treat our club and other visitors respectfully, ensuring everyone has an enjoyable experience.

    • All costs associated with your function, including food and drinks, should be settled in full on the day of your event before departing the premises, unless prior arrangements have been made with Management.

    • A Terms & Conditions form covering the above is available from the Titirangi RSA office and must be completed and signed by the person responsible for the function/event. The office can be contacted on (09) 817-6415.

    • No function or event can proceed until these Terms & Conditions are signed by the Hirer and an approved representative of Titirangi RSA.

    If you have any questions or need assistance during your event, please speak with the Duty Manager — their name is displayed next to the bar, and they will be happy to help.
